Thailand: The study visit to Thailand in 2008 took some of the directors of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) to several housing institutions in Thailand. Another leading player in Nigeria’s Primary Mortgage sector, Refuge Homes Savings & Loans also had participants on this study visit.
